Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Duple IT Solutions Pvt Ltd(“Duple”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Duple provides technology consulting, AI development, web and mobile application development, automation, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or contract.

3. Payment Terms

• Standard payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• Large projects may use milestone-based payments as defined in the project contract
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project contract

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns 100% of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. Duple retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign NDAs before any discussion. Your ideas, data, and business information are safe with us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Duple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives all work completed to date, including source code, designs, and documentation. Refunds for upfront payments are not provided for work already completed.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up-to-date but do not guarantee completeness. Pricing ranges and timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary based on specific requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
