    After launch we stay on for 30 days. Bug fixes, tweaks and questions are included in the price.

Common pricing questions

Can I start with a small project to test the relationship?

Yes. Many clients start with a Starter project ($500–$2K). If it works, they move to Growth or Scale for bigger initiatives. No pressure either way.

What if the project scope changes?

We discuss it with you first and never add to the invoice without your explicit approval. If scope changes significantly, we write a new proposal for the additional work.

Do you charge hourly?

No. Every project has a fixed price, so you know exactly what you pay before we start. If it takes longer, that risk is ours, not yours.

What is your payment process?

50% upfront to start work and 50% on delivery. For projects over $20K we offer milestone-based payments (for example 30% / 30% / 40%). Payment is by bank transfer or Stripe.

What if I am not happy with the result?

We work in weekly sprints with demos, so you see progress every week and can course-correct early. By delivery you have already approved every step.
