Audits, fixes and accessible design
Web accessibility
- Target standard, retested after the fixes
- Agreed
- Delivery
- 2–4 weeks
The problem
Why businesses come to us
- Key journeys can't be completed with a keyboard or screen reader
- A buyer or contract asks for an accessibility standard
- Nobody in-house has the time or expertise to audit and fix it
The difference
Before and after
| Without web accessibility | With web accessibility |
|---|---|
| Key journeys that can't be completed with a keyboard | Agreed journeys work with a keyboard |
| Forms and errors a screen reader can't follow | Forms, labels and errors announced properly |
| Contrast and focus problems nobody has checked | Contrast and focus fixed across the agreed pages |
| No clear answer when a buyer asks about accessibility | A retest report against the agreed standard |
Our solution
How we fix this
We agree the journeys and the target WCAG level with you first. Then we audit them with automated scans and manual keyboard and screen reader testing, fix what blocks people, and retest so you can see what changed.
What you get
- Audit of the agreed journeys against the target WCAG level
- Fixes to forms, focus, contrast, labels and semantics
- Keyboard and screen reader retest
- Report of what was fixed and what remains
- Guidance for your team on keeping it accessible

Common questions
Which standard do you work to?
We agree the target with you, usually WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 at level AA, before any work begins.
Do you only run automated scans?
No. Scans catch part of the problem. We also test the agreed journeys by hand with a keyboard and screen readers.
Can you fix a site you didn't build?
Yes. We work in your codebase, or give your team a prioritised list of fixes if you prefer to make them yourselves.
Will the site stay accessible after you finish?
We leave guidance for your team, and can recheck new releases as part of a monthly tech partner plan.
