GSK- a property listing website service ensuring effective property management. The website has a very simple business model. It aims at attracting customers to their site and exploring the posted properties by the admin. Multiple searches with a live map make the search for property quite easy for the users. Each property has its dedicated detail page with an option to book appointments for each posted property. Indeed, GSK is a user-friendly website.

Problem Faced

When we first interacted with GSK, they already had an existing website in WordPress. Our agenda was to give them a custom-built website, even better than what they already had. Our clients were losing their customers, as the existing website was not able to hold on to the traffic and there was no record of the applications which users were filling daily. Hence, they were losing a lot of income and it was a total scratch point for us to start from.

Project Goal

In coordination with team Duple IT, the clients needed to make a property posting site, with the goal that clients could track down the important data on the web. The website needed to give a quick page load speed with easy navigation, understandable content and a live map.

Furthermore, the property applications forms had to be run simultaneously with the website which was a major module in itself. The property applications for each property comprised rental questions and their responses to be stored in the “RentDigi Care” platform, which was again built by our team.

Current Status

Duple’s team created a responsive design, so that a property listing website looks great on all screens and tech devices, including smartphones, laptops, PCs, and tablets. Within a short span of months, our custom website development company created a property listing website that allowed the client to deliver real estate services online hassle-free, enabling a boost in sales and increased revenue.
